Privacyverklaring Bouw je waardeketen
Bouw je waardeketen is van Value Chain Voices (Digna Akkermans, Nederland). Hier lees je wat er gebeurt met wat je invult.
Wat we bewaren
- Je antwoorden, zodra je startplan verschijnt: wie je om duurzaamheid vraagt, welke onderdelen van je keten je aanzet, welke thema's je kiest, wat je daarover al weet en wie het mag vertellen. Dit wordt bewaard zonder naam of e-mailadres.
- Je e-mailadres en eventueel je naam, alleen als je ons vraagt je het plan te mailen en daar toestemming voor geeft.
We gebruiken op deze pagina geen cookies, analytics of tracking. Tijdens het invullen staan je antwoorden alleen in je eigen browser, zodat je niets kwijtraakt als je de pagina ververst.
Waarom
De antwoorden helpen ons begrijpen hoe goed organisaties hun keten kennen en wat ze nodig hebben (gerechtvaardigd belang; de antwoorden zelf zijn niet tot jou herleidbaar). Je e-mailadres gebruiken we om je het plan te sturen en contact met je op te nemen, op basis van je toestemming. We sturen geen nieuwsbrieven en delen je gegevens met niemand voor eigen gebruik.
Waar het staat
De gegevens staan in een database bij Cloudflare, beperkt tot de Europese Unie. Het plan en een seintje aan Digna worden verstuurd via Resend, een dienst voor het versturen van e-mail. Onze e-mail loopt via Google Workspace.
Hoe lang
Je e-mailadres bewaren we tot twee jaar na ons laatste contact, of tot je vraagt het te verwijderen. Antwoorden zonder contactgegevens bewaren we zolang ze nuttig zijn.
Je rechten
Je kunt altijd vragen je gegevens in te zien, te corrigeren of te verwijderen, of je toestemming intrekken: mail digna@valuechainvoices.com. Ben je niet tevreden over hoe we met je gegevens omgaan, dan kun je een klacht indienen bij de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Privacy notice for Map your value chain
Map your value chain is run by Value Chain Voices (Digna Akkermans, the Netherlands). This notice explains what happens with what you enter.
What we store
- Your answers, once your starter plan appears: who asks you about sustainability, which parts of your chain you switch on, which topics you pick, what you already know about them and who gets to tell it. Stored without a name or email address.
- Your email address and optionally your name, only if you ask us to email you the plan and give consent.
We don't use cookies, analytics or tracking on this page. While you fill it in, your answers are kept only in your own browser so you don't lose them on a refresh.
Why
The answers help us understand how well organisations know their chain and what they need (legitimate interest; the answers on their own don't identify you). Your email address is used to send you the plan and get back to you, based on your consent. We don't send newsletters and don't share your details with anyone for their own use.
Where it is stored
The data is stored in a Cloudflare database restricted to the European Union. The plan and a note to Digna are sent through Resend, an email delivery service. Our email runs on Google Workspace.
How long
We keep your email address for up to two years after our last contact, or until you ask us to delete it. Answers without contact details are kept as long as they are useful.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, at any time: email digna@valuechainvoices.com. You can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) or the authority in your own country.
